Privacy Policy
Although Professional Wireless Systems (PWS) obtains very little information on
those who visit its Web site, PWS respects the privacy of any visitors and does
not share any personal information with third parties.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund up to 30 days after the invoice
date. Software licenses are non refundable. Contact our customer support representatives
to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and details including mailing address
and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issuance. We are
unable to accept returns without an RMA number.
To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and
insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging,
and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions
could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
- Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned
goods.
- Refunds will only be made to the original credit card used for purchase.
Credits cannot be assigned to third parties.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of
delivery.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid. Professional Wireless Systems
will refund shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise only in accordance
with terms of warranty service which is described below. Products manufactured by
third parties are warranted by their respective manufacturers.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND EXCLUSIONS
Professional Wireless Systems (PWS) manufactured products are warranted against
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of original
purchase, inclusive of parts and labor. This warranty excludes units that have been
modified, repaired by unauthorized personnel, or damaged by abuse, improper operation,
natural elements or static electricity.
PWS reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements to its products, without
incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes or improvements in products
previously sold or shipped.
PWS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, PWS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR REAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, INCONVENIENCE OR ANY OTHER LOSSES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS EITHER SEPARATELY
OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS.
PWS’ sole liability under this limited warranty shall be, at our discretion,
the repair or replacement of defective products or components. To invoke this warranty,
a claim must be received by PWS within the warranty period stated above and verified
by PWS. Claims may be made by phone, fax or email as described below. Upon authorization,
product shall be sent to PWS freight prepaid in the original or equivalent packaging.
Products returned with excluded condition(s), out of warranty, or without authorization
will be subject to parts and labor charges at prevailing rates. After a warranted
product is repaired or replaced, PWS will return it freight prepaid.
