BEL DIGITAL BM-A1-64DANTE

The Bel Digital BM-A1-64DANTE unit is an audio confidence monitor used to listen to up to 64 separate channels over a DANTE controlled network. The BM-A1 is perfectly suitable in a variety of environments, from permanent installation to live events, and is able to quickly allow the monitoring of audio channels in perfect clarity. It can be connected to monitor speakers or used with headphones, with the ability to create a “mix” to compare two different signals at the same time.

The 2U Orange Box from DiGiCo is a simple-to-use audio format converter with multiple options allowing users to use DiGiCo Multichannel Interface (DMI) cards to create audio paths over a variety of interfaces.\

Our Orange Box has the MADI-B and DANTE DMI cards installed, allowing easy conversion between the two audio formats.

RF VENUE RF OPTIX Fiber Conversion Kit

The RF Optix RF-Over-Fiber conversion boxes are the best and easiest way to extend a wireless antenna system over extreme distances. These boxes will convert RF energy received by an antenna into light for transmission down a singlemode fiber cable then re-convert that light back into RF for introduction into a wireless receiver rack.

Each simplex (one-way) system can convert and carry up to 24 channels of RF, perfect for most large scale productions.

The RF Optix fiber conversion boxes can also be used for IEMs, Intercom, or IFB transmitters, however there are limitations noted below as to how these can be used.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE POWER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRANSMIT CONVERSION BOX

The RF Optix can be used with nearly any device so long as the bandwidth remains inside 100-1000 MHz, and the input to the transmitter does not exceed 0 dBm/1 mW. Comms and IEMs will exceed this input power threshold. Therefore, to use the RF Optix with coms and IEMs, you must pad/attenuate the incoming RF to below 0 dBm/1 mW and, depending on your application, amplify the signal back up on the other side. Many of our customers have done just this with great success, but in general using the Optix for transmit applications is considered off-label, and should be performed by experienced techs or with our help.
